Athletic Stretch For those who want to prevent muscle soreness and injury. Learn how to stretch effectively and get more out of stretching.
Awsome Abs Strengthen tone and flatten your tummy; includes core and lower back exercises.
Ball/Bosu
Bootcamp
Are you on the ball? This class provides a full body workout, effectively challenging your core.
Basic Step Burn fat and calories while getting a great workout for legs and butt. Perfect for beginners, but can be adapted for the advanced stepper.
Below The Belt Focuses on strengthening, firming and toning the lower body.
Body Sculpt An all over workout, includes some cardio while working all your muscles.
Circuit Fit A Circuit class combinig strength and cardio.
No Sweat Very popular all over body sculting class. A new routine every 6-8 weeks!
SPIN High energy cardio class, which will have you biking up and down hills of all sizes and intensities.
Step 'n Sculpt Get your cardio and work your muscles all in one class.
Yoga A great way to develop muscles while stretching and relaxing.
Sweat Zone Get ready to sweat! 3-5 min intervals between cardio and muscle.
